The TV presenter, 51, was fresh faced in the footage as she interviewed Frasier actress Jane Leeves, 61.
Claudia made waves on social media as she appeared without her famous fringe with one fan declaring: ‘This is the first time I have seen Claudia’s forehead!’.
The Strictly star wore her naturally brunette locks loose and appeared to have yet discovered her love of eye-liner.
The stunner was heavily pregnant with son Jake Thykier in the clip as she chatted with Brit Jane on the sitcom’s LA set.

It comes after it was reported Claudia is set to return to the Scottish Highlands after being signed to host another season of BBC show The Traitors.
The presenter was a hit during series one, during which the 22 players – who were split into loyal faithfuls or traitors – battled it out for over £100,000.
And appearing to be thrilled with the show’s success, BBC One bosses are said to be bringing the show back for a second year this summer.
‘So it’s really nice to try something fresh – and for it to do well. The Traitors got everyone talking, so bringing it back was a no-brainer. Claudia was perfect’, the insider added to The Mirror.
MailOnline has contacted representatives of The Traitors and Claudia Winkleman for comment.

The Traitors came to a nail-biting end in December 2022 with Faithfuls Hannah Byczkowski, Aaron Evans and Meryl Williams emerging victorious after exposing Wilf as a Traitor at the very last moment.
Proving it was popular amongst fans, the series closed on a high of 3.2million viewers during it’s tense finale.
And following the show, which is set in the nineteenth-century Ardross Castle, 25 miles north of Inverness in Scotland, it was even reported that BBC bosses were planning a celebrity version of the competition.
While Claudia previously admitted that she’d like to see Alison Hammond and former EastEnders actor Adam Woodyatt take on the castle, producers have mentioned names like Rylan, Russell T Davies and Kathy Burke.

In an interview with Metro, executive producers Sarah Fay and Toni Ireland have shared who they say is part of their ideal celebrity line-up.
Sarah told the publication: ‘I think we’d want people who are so invested in the game and want to play the game, and I think that’s what brings the drama so well.
‘I’d love to see Rylan [Clark], he’d be incredible, but also Kathy Burke is a fan. I mean Russell T Davies is a fan. I think I’d want very much a mixture of different types of celebs as well.’

Toni added: ‘To see Kathy Burke calling someone out at the roundtable could be pretty good.’
The celebrity edition is thought to be being planned as a charity edition for either Children in Need or Comic Relief.
Across the pond, a celebrity and regular version has already been created. The Traitors US has seen Below Deck star Kate Chastain, Brandi Glanville from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Cody Calafiore from Big Brother, TV personality Rachel Reilly and Survivor competitor Stephanie LaGrossa and Cirie Fields.
And while no dates have been released for a regular season two or a celebrity series, fans of the show can still enjoy it on BBC, after the broadcaster acquired the rights to the US version.

The American contestants will be battling it out for a $250,000 (£205,000) prize fund, with famous faces taking part including RHOBH star Brandi Glanville, Below Deck’s Kate Chastain and Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte.
The US series is currently in the midst of airing in double-bills on Wednesday nights at 10.40pm, after kicking off on January 25 and running until March 2. But for those who are looking for a binge watch, the full box set is available on BBC iPlayer.
Dan McGolpin, Director, iPlayer and Channels, says of the news: ‘Following the huge success of The Traitors, which has been streamed more than 28 million times on BBC iPlayer and was the talk of the nation over the festive period, we’re delighted to give BBC viewers the chance to watch the brand new US series within hours of its release in America.
‘Hosted by the brilliant Alan Cumming and filmed at the same location as the UK series, it’s a new year treat for those seeking out more treachery – all is about to be revealed on BBC iPlayer, BBC Three and BBC One.’
